How do they travel?

Polar bears travel following the changing ice.

What do they eat?

Seals and fish.

Where do they live?

Polar bears live near ice in the Arctic.

What do they look like?

They are big and white.

What color is the animal?

White.

What size is the animal?

They are big, weighing about 300- 600 pounds.                            

What are the special features of the animal?

Polar bears are very curious animals.

Who threatens them?

People.

How do they protect themselves?

They growl and they have claws.

Polar bears travel south to north, or where the ice is.

They mainly eat seal and fish.

Along the shores and by the sea ice in the cold arctic.

Heavy large paws, hairy.

White.

What size is the animal?

2 meters tall, up to 1000 kilograms.

What are the special features of the animals?

Hollow hairs let sunlight in to keep them warm.

Who are they threatened by?

Yes, by hunters.

How do they protect themselves?

Sharp claws runs fast.
